Clean, cozy and great views!

This a great property that was super clean, incredibly cozy and offers some of the best sunrises you could ask for. Close in proximity to Geneva, the wine trail and many other restaurants.

Great place for a lakeside getaway, and an excellent location to access the area. Property was clean, and as described in the listings. All communications with owner/manager were detailed and very prompt. Absolutely satisfied with the overall booking and trip. 100 % recommend this property for a couples get away.

Great stay in Geneva

Gorgeous house and setting on Seneca, we loved the hot tub and game table, updated appliances and everything was clean and cozy, highly recommended and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect Christmastime Get-away

A perfect hide-away on Seneca Lake. Everyone loves the hot tub in the cold weather and the videogame machine is a big draw. Five minutes up the road to shop at Wegmans and the kitchen is well-appointed.

What a gem! The view of the sunsets and sunrises across the expansive lake was extraordinary! So many fun amenities - jacuzzi, PacMan old style arcade console, great patio with extended deck, well equipped kitchen. Great hikes close by. My only complaint was the two bedrooms were on the second floor and the one bathroom is downstairs via a spiral staircase. Not the most convenient. Everything else was exceptional.

Wish I could have stayed longer

The house was exactly as described-but better in person. We enjoyed the new tennis table and just relaxed and enjoyed the view. Our family had a wonderful time and we plan to return.

A Wonderful Stay on Seneca Lake

We rented this great lakeside home while visiting our son at college and loved it. The home overlooks the lake which can be enjoyed from a private dock at the back of the house complete with deck chairs and 2 kayaks. The house had all the amenities we needed to relax with our kids - including a grill for lakeside dining when we didn't feel like going out. M We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful house with an amazing view!

Our stay at the house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully done inside with a modern amenities and looked amazing! It was spacious but still cozy and has amazing views of the lake from the downstairs and upstairs. The back patio and dock were a joy to spend time on and soak in the views. We had an excellent time and we would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks!

Hidden Gem!

My wife and I could not have asked for a sweeter spot to stay while celebrating our 10th anniversary. The dock, the views and the hot tub were perfect. We used Roy's Marina down the road for our boat, they could not have been more accomodating. Easy access to all of the vineyards and dining spots. We will certainly return! -Matthew & Samantha

Great memories in a beautiful location

This house has it all! Stunning views! Beautiful home on the inside and out. My family of 4 had a ton of fun. Playing ping pong, kayaks, swimming in the lake right off the dock. We parked the car at the house and never left! Coming from Long Island and having such a fast paced life this was a great vacation to unwind. Just sitting in the Adirondack chairs at the end of the day was so peaceful. Chris was quick to respond and so helpful from day one. We would love to go back again next year. My family and friends are also interested after seeing all of our pics. What an awesome find!! Thanks again to Chris for everything!

A beautiful home with an amazing dock for easy swimming and kayaking. Kayaks provided. We spent many hours sitting on chairs at the end of the dock watching birds including bald eagles, osprey and great blue herons. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing property

My boyfriend and I booked this getaway not knowing what to expect and it definitely was one of the best trips! This house was amazing.. the view, the fire pit, the hot tub and the sunrises from the bedroom were breath taking! The wineries and breweries in the area are great! We were able to do a wine tour with a driver which was awesome. We cannot wait to come back!!

Exactly what we wanted.

Delightful cottage on the edge of Seneca Lake. Just 10 min south of Geneva, so good access to necessities and dining options, yet a world away in peaceful vibe. Will definitely return.
