  • Brand new third story renovation is complete! Central AC just installed for cool, comfortable summer stays.
    Welcome to our spacious Geneva, NY retreat, perfect for larger groups looking to experience the best of the Finger Lakes. Settle into comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and freshly renovated rooms designed for relaxation after a day of exploring.
    You'll be just a short 10 minute walk to the Finger Lakes Welcome Center and downtown Geneva, with Seneca Lake, dozens of wineries, and historic sites all close by. Step out the door and grab a fresh coffee and breakfast at Monaco's Cafe down the block, or take a quick one minute drive to the famous Wegmans Food Market for any essentials.
    Wine and food lovers will be in their element on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, home to over 100 wineries, breweries, and distilleries, plus countless other attractions throughout the region.
    For your peace of mind, we have an exterior Ring camera at the front entrance.

Great place for weekend in Geneva

Our group went up to Geneva for a wine tour over the weekend and this place suited our needs well. There was plenty of space and seating for our large group.

Great spot to vacation with a group!

We stayed here with a group of friends for our wedding in Geneva. The house is spacious, great for group meals, and clean. Everything we needed!!

The communication with Matt was flawless. His spacious place is located very (easily walkable) near the downtown restaurants and waterfront.

Good location to visit the finger lakes and the winery. This house has plenty of bedroom for a big group. The owner was quick to respond to our question. Suggestions: Adding AC to the living rooms during summer times would be helpful.

Good House

Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the weekend! There was plenty of space for all of us. The only comment would be that I wish the air conditioners had been turned on before we arrived. It was a very hot day and the house was 80 degrees when we got there! It took all night and us leaving for the majority of the next day to cool the house down to 73 degrees.

Great spot for group getaway

I stayed at this property for a group weekend trip and it was a wonderful, spacious house with plenty of areas to gather yet enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The house is conveniently located and had an easy check in process. Host was easy to contact and kept us in the loop about any changes or updated features of the property!
