I was really disappointed in this property. The only thing that was excellent were the employees trying to make the stay worthwhile. The Tv did not work properly, The fireplace in the room would have been romantic if it worked. The breakfast offered did not compare to other hotels stayed at, which were much more reasonably priced. The new spa is beautifully appointed. The staff was amazing. They tried to make up for all the shortcomings of the property. Extremely disappointed in the amount paid for the amenities offered

Lovely stay

Lovely stay, staff on reception were extremely welcoming, room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony and lovely view of lake Geneva. Room service was available with a good varied menu and food was delicious. We were given a delicious cake, wine and balloons for our wedding anniversary, which was a really nice touch. Staff could not do enough for us. What definitely recommend

Not what I expected of a Ritz. The property is more like a Marriott in quality but you pay four seasons prices. We left after one night of a 2 night stay and went one block away to the four seasons. Whole different class and experience. The facilities, service, experience. Wow. Day and night. This hotel does not give you the 5 star experience you pay for.

We recently spent nine days at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix in Geneva. To say it surpassed our expectations would be an understatement. While the experience at any hotel of this caliber should be first-class, our experience here was unparalleled. Truly the best location in Geneva, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room had a stunning view of Lake Geneva and the surrounding city. The hotel staff were all top-notch. From the door staff to the front desk staff to the concierge team, all were exceptional. It seemed everyone working at this hotel is truly happy and perpetually smiling. Such a phenomenal experience! If we are fortunate enough to return to Geneva, I do not think we could stay anywhere else.
