“Centrally located with many options for shopping, museums, historical churches and dining within walking distance . Eduardo was a great host attentive to needs. Only drawback was the stairs up after the elevator which was tough with our luggage after our trip but we managed. ”

Rooms clean and amenity is nice! Great bargain booked with hotels. Will still be my first choice when exploring Bologna! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“This is a well located property and although the beds were very small, they were clean and comfortable. It is on a busy and loud street, but the window closes out most of the sound. There was a major soccer match in town that evening so the crowds were rowdy and loud. It did not distub us, however.”
