"in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! "Based on previous reviews we were looking forward to our stay in Melfi and were not disappointed. The apartment is bright and modern and perfectly located within very short walking distance of cafes and restaurants as well as Melfi castle. Our host Giorgio was very friendly and gave us many recommendations for our stay and kept in touch to ensure everything was to our liking. Highly recommended property and a wonderful host. Thank you! Filomena was gracious for having a late evening dinner with local goodies in the fridge due to our late arrival, to taking us on a tour of her city. "Did not even come close to our expectations. We checked in just to have somewhere to catch our breath and look for alternative accommodation. Left without talking to the host as we didn't want to waste any more time there. It was a converted garage and the so called courtyard was non excistent as your car needed to be parked in what was in fact the driweway."

"Très bel appartement bien équipé et tres agreable a vivre dans un superbe domaine sécurisé et dans un environnement très calme.Ayant eu un problème mecanique , Mickaël, le propriétaire ainsi que son fils Gianlucas se sont démenés pour nous trouver un garage qui a pu réparer pendant notre séjour. Nous ne les remercierons jamais assez. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"This place is a jewel in Altamura! Rooms are brand new with everything you might need and spacious. They have an AMAZING SPA. We booked it for an hour and 15 minutes and cannot say enough good things about it. You are by yourself and they have sauna, steam, jacuzzi and more. The showers of hot and cold water are u ique. Strongly recommend this place! "
