「On our way from Cape Town to the wonderful Pure Nature Lodge in Paterson we stopped twice at The Old Trading Post for one night stop-over. We really enjoyed it and on the way back to Cape Town it felt already like coming home :-) And the pizza dinner was really outstanding - really the best pizza we ever had!!!」

「We really like this hotel very much due to its peaceful location and interior design. From the balcony at the public area, I can see nothing except the green grass. It's amazing when we saw the we were surrounded by the grass when we looked out from the ceiling window at our room.In addition, the host is very friendly and kindly. 「We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed everything. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Breakfast (included) was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. 「I selected this B&B because it was close to where I was going for a work event. The B&B is in a converted house - but all the rooms have been newly painted, with new wooden floors and new bathroom fixtures. The electric blanket was a nice touch on a chilly evening. By breakfast was delicious and the owner was friendly. I wouldn't say this is the sort of place one would go to on holiday - but if work takes you to George this is a very nice B&B that is reasonably priced. 」

「Die ersten Tage ist das Haus gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da das Haus in der Regel selbst bewohnt wird, befinden sich in allen Zimmern persönliche Gegenstände( z.B. Kleidung etc. ) Auch Flohmarktgegenstände waren reichlich vorhanden. Aber wie gesagt, man muss sich erst daran gewöhnen. Sehr schön die Veranda und der gepflegte und schöne Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Auf Wunsch wurde eine SAT-Schüssel installiert um wenigstens die Deutsche Welle zu empfangen - ansonsten kein deutsches TV - aber auch das...
