"Overall, the stay was excellent; the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facility was generally clean. My room was okay, with the usual wear and tear on the furniture. The vanity table inside the bedroom still has some sticky residue from I don't know what, the curtain has a very noticeable stain (blood or chocolate or something), and one of the towels has a stain too (does not look old). Hope this issue can be addressed for the future occupants.
On the bright side, having a microwave and a personal fridge helps out, especially for leftovers or a late-night snack fix. "
"Excellent 4 night stay for 2 families who needed a comfortable base to be together and visit and explore the Chicago area! This property is in a quiet neighborhood with a park directly behind it! It was beyond clean, truly 5 star quality and so organized with everything we could want or need. The 5 kids aged 7-15 lived in the "Game Cave" when we were all at the house relaxing. We were two families coming from Germany and Michigan who needed a place for all 9 of us to visit and enjoy each others' company and this was the most perfect place! We will definitely request this property again when we are visiting the area. Thank you Marta for this wonderful and comfortable stay for our families! "
"After arriving at the apt, we realized there was only a wall air conditioner in the living room, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Not good when it’s sweltering outside. We chose to forgo our payment and not stay in the apt. It was clean and nicely decorated but too hot to sleep with out air conditioning. "
