“This beautiful condo was really perfect for us in every way. We highly recommend it for its location as it is close to everything but in a secluded area just off West Bay Rd. From this second story condo the views are exceptional for sunsets and observing the ships from the nearby Georgetown Harbor. The condo was clean and so inviting upon our arrival. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the clean expansive pool and grounds everyday. We’re already planning our next trip to the Grandview……

“If you're looking to do the island without a car, this place is perfect. The location right on 7 Mile Beach gives you the best of everything. Fast food and upscale restaurants are all within walking distance, as is Camana Bay, which has a movie theater, more restaurants, and shopping. If you need to travel farther afield, you're right on West Bay Road where you can easily catch one of the local busses or a cab. The unit itself sits on its own little slice of 7 Mile Beach, complete with chairs……

“Beach view was a little tenuous but as advertised. Screened in porch was lovely and we just left it open with the air off all day, perfect temperature for April. Bathrooms very clean.”
