「Not much to say.」

「Good experience overall. Close to attractions.」

「Highly recommend to stay」

「my room has no window, breakfast is not up to standard, coffee very thin. no slippers, no small tower. 3 reception very helpful and cheerful, even help me to pay the daily car parking app of Penang. no big problem in parking the car. small car though.」

「Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby. Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside. The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious 」

「Nice decor. Next to Sunshine Central mall which is super convenient with many food and retail options. Nice size pool with a view and the gym was handy when it rained.」

「Safe in room didn't work at first but got it settled later after staff passed us two sets of keys to reset (poor service). Not much of a welcome. An old-style accommodation, cosy but frills-less. Pool is really small. 」
