Cozy home. Very quiet. New appliances and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 minute drive to the closest beach and grocery store or 10-15 minute walk. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. 4 minute drive to the fish fry and Georgetown.

ho soggiornato dodici giorni in questa bellissima casa, spaziosa con due camere da letto ognuna con il proprio bagno ben posizionate per la privacy, letti comodi e ottima aria condizionata. Cucina spaziosissima e completa di tutti gli accessori e piccolo locale lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ottimo anche Wi-Fi. Infine Dwayne è sempre stato sul pezzo, rispondeva immediatamente alle mie domande e ci ha concesso senza esitazione di ritardare di qualche ora il ceck-out avendo il volo di rientro nel tardo pomeriggio. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e se dovessi tornare a Exuma ritornerei volentieri quiGrazie Dwayne!!!!

This property was ideal for our family. Large bedrooms, each with private bath, very large kitchen dining area and very comfortable living room. Also there is a sunny screened in porch on the front and a large back deck. This property is close to everything and the price is exceptional. I have been to Exuma many times and would definitely stay here again. The host, Dwayne, is very accommodating and I highly recommend this property

Quick and responsive communication for a lovely place that was an easy drive to lovely food options and beautiful beaches. Roads in area and on the street have lots of potholes but otherwise lovely property. Extras of water, beach chairs, and driveway/ deck auto lights (when late at night) were all plusses.
