It was overall a good experience, but I would have liked it better if they could have shared plates for the room.

The only negative were the bath towels. They smelled like they were smoked and with an odd smell to it.

Good stay
Comfortable bed, friendly reception. The only cons is the check in time, 3pm was a bit off. They should think about readjusting that rules.

Excellent location in terms of convenience to shops and food. Hotel staff is extremely polite and friendly. However, sound insulation is not the best both from hallway and next door. All in all, may consider depending on the price again.

Never again
Lost my hotel room card and admitted during check out.
Was charged RM20 for it, which I didn’t mind since it was my fault I misplaced it. No receipt for that either.
Handed the frontdesk staff a RM100 note. She returned me 20 pieces of RM1, and notes amounting to RM80 in total.
When I asked what she meant by that, she took the notes back and handed me a RM20 note instead. The contempt in her response was disappointing.
And I haven’t even started on the room.
