Stunning Waterfront and Tiki Bar - Paradise Found Villa- HGTV Bahamas Life!

Welcome to our beautiful Paradise Found Villa located on the island of Great Exuma, Bahamas. The location of this villa provides magnificent views of Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island, Hooper's Bay, Jolly Hall and offshore cays right out your front door. Water and beach views from the patio, dining room, living room and master bedroom.

Paradise Found is perfect for couples, friends or a family wanting extra space with three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. The villa has many extras including, a full kitchen, internet, 3-flat screen TV's, DVD player with movie library, board games, books, gas grill, and beach accessories that include 3- kayaks, paddle board, ice chest and water toys. Our villa has over 1800 sq. ft. of outdoor living space with an enclosed screened patio, tiki bar, outdoor shower and a large waterfront deck where you can sunbathe or enjoy the sounds of the surf mere steps away. It's always Happy Hour here with the addition of the TIKI BAR. Paradise Found is equipped with amenities to ensure you have the comforts of home and much more on your holiday.

We are steps from the pristine clear blue waters of Elizabeth Harbor and Jolly Hall. You can swim, fish and find great snorkeling right in front of Paradise Found Villa. Enjoy the spectacular views while you sit on the patio or in the sandy sunbathing area. From here you can watch for the occasional dolphin, sea turtle, stingray swim by or any one of the numerous seabirds fly overhead. A 1/2 mile walk or short drive from the villa you will find a stunning secluded beach at Jolly Hall and also a short drive is Hooper's Bay beach. Swim in the turquoise waters, sunbathe on the white sand beach, find starfish and sand dollars right offshore. At Hooper's Bay you can snorkel and see many sea turtles.

You will find many offshore cays to explore by renting your own boat or by taking a tour. There is great bone fishing, kayak tours of Moriah Harbor National Park or take an exciting tour up the cays to see the swimming pigs. You will discover why Pirates of the Caribbean and Johnny Depp chose to film and buy a home on these pristine cays.

Our family of four had the most amazing stay at Paradise Found. The location is perfect, central to everything on the island. The house has everything you could possibly need- kitchen was so well stocked, beach chairs, tons of beach towels, umbrellas, games, movies, books, etc. The house itself and the outside area are beautiful. We were so thankful for the amazing communication with our host Rachel, she was always quick to respond and she helped us find accommodations when we decided to come a day early to avoid a major snow storm. We loved Exuma and we highly recommend staying at Paradise Found Villa!

It's got EVERYTHING! Loaded up with home/kitchen amenities like no house we stayed in before. Plus the kayaks, water and beach gear, games, movies, books, coolers. Home is as pictured, beautiful, quiet and private. Excellent communication from the host. We really liked the central location. Short drive to Georgetown and reasonable drive to Little Exuma or Rolleville. I would not hesitate to book this house again. This was our first trip to Exuma but not our last. Be sure to rent a boat from Minns and visit stocking island( Saw and swam with dolphins one of 2 days.) Also a full day boat tour to the Thunderball grotto with Exuma watersports. Santana's great food, Splash was a great hangout, all the incredible beaches. Truly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Found and Exuma!!

The property was absolutely breathtaking—right on the waterfront with crystal-clear turquoise waters and stunning views in every direction.The villa was spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped (A) for a group. The outdoor space was the highlight: the tiki bar was such a fun touch, the deck was perfect for lounging, and we loved having direct access to the water. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.Location-wise, it was ideal—close enough to explore local attractions and beaches, but also private enough to relax in peace. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.We’ve traveled to the Bahamas before, but this stay in Exuma was truly unforgettable. We would highly recommend Paradise Found Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. My entire family agrees that we could never imagine visiting Exuma again if not staying at Paradise Found house. Rachel and her husband Ed have stocked the house with everything you could imagine plus more. We cooked 4 dinners at the house and had everything we needed for this. We had pretty bad weather a couple of nights and easily found flashlights throughout the house that really came in handy for a card game night in the dark. Cleo and Angel were also very helpful with grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival and delivering more water when we were running low. Rachel responded to me via text throughout our stay answering any questions I had - she even tried to help me find new flights after ours were delayed, but we unfortunately arrived two days later than expected. Some of our best times had during our trip was taking full advantage of the location of the house and being able to enter the water right from the stairs leading down to the little beach area. The boys (18, 14, and 10) loved the paddle board and kayaks while my sister and I relaxed in the floats provided. Even on the “rougher” water days we were still able to safely enter the water and snorkel along the rocks. We saw so many different fish, starfish, and my nephew even found a little octopus!
My son is very adventurous and we enjoyed a hiking along the rocks out back.
The boys snorkeling right out back! Easy and safe access into the water!

The stingrays at Chat N Chill were so fun!

Truly a PARADISE FOUND :)

Stop searching and snag this place while you can! This incredible property is even more amazing in person. The location is centrally located on the main island with easy access to anything you might need, it is very private, and the surrounding property/views/water are breathtakingly beautiful. The house itself is well decorated with thoughtful touches everywhere, CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE and meticulously managed. The multiple decks, games and water toys were the icing on the cake. Everything you need to explore other beaches is available for you to use - beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bag, ice blocks, snorkeling gear, beach towels, etc. There is nothing I can think of this property could improve upon. Communication with the host and property manager were effortless and check-in/check-out was a breeze. My family of 5 spent 6 glorious nights here and it felt like a home away from home haven as soon as we arrived. We successfully experienced almost everything the host recommended in terms of beaches to see and places to eat and everything was excellent! Our unexpected favorites turned out to be the Cocoplum Beach Cabana food shack (some of the best food we had on the island!) and the newly opened Coconut Club on Stocking Island (expensive food/drink but VERY fun experience).* note - while there are places within walking distance to the house you should definitely spend the extra money and rent a car. It will make your vacation significantly easier and you will experience more.

Beautiful stay in Exumas

Paradise Found was a perfect location for our family for the week. The location is central to the airport and George Town. The place is perfectly described and is clean and more spacious inside than the pictures make it seem. The outdoor patio area is beautiful with several areas to sit and play for the kids. It was perfect for our family.

Fabulous place!

This was our families 2nd trip to Exuma and we had another fabulous vacation! Once you open the door to this amazing property, you'll know you have "found paradise"! The home is spacious, well laid out, and comfortable. The patio and deck area was our favorite place to hang out. We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous view out front, especially the shades of blue Caribbean water! Be sure to get up early to take in the sunrises...they are breathtaking. It was fun to watch the sailboats and barges come in and out of the area. We snorkeled out front and to the left of the property. Since our flight was coming in late, we asked Cleo to get a few groceries to have there upon arrival. She and her gals are great! Rented a van for the 5 of us from Sure to Shore, they were awesome to work with. We drove to different beaches each day: Jolly Hall, Coco Plum, Exuma Point. Our favorite beach was Tropic of Cancer. It was super windy the day we were there, but fun to play in the huge waves. We had conch fritters and pina coladas from the beach bar. Yum! We did the full day Staniel Cay/Pigs excursion with Exuma Watersports. Definitely a highlight again! We grocery shopped at Exuma Markets and Smitty's and made most meals at the house. It is expensive to eat out (3 sushi rolls and 2 rounds of drinks 195). Chat 'N Chill was super disappointing. Conch bar was closed, lines were long, employees were rude and food was gross expensive. Next time, we'll try the Cocount Club.

We FOUND PARADISE!

Rachel & Ed are excellent hosts. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and great location close to beautiful beaches and the airport. We also greatly appreciated the cold AC in every room! Honestly the house has everything you need, including all the kitchen/grill things you’ll need for a dinner at home, kayaks, snorkel equipment, small private beach, loungers and plenty of beach towels. The hosts were very communicative before our arrival and provided us with all the recommendations for restaurants, private chefs, photographers, etc. You won’t regret staying at Paradise Found Villa!

Couldn't have been better!

We rented Paradise Found for a few nights during our stay in late June. The property, owners, and property manger exceeded our expectations! The location is secluded and quite, while still being conveniently located within a few minutes to grocery shopping, take-out food, restaurants, and many beautiful beaches. The centralized location makes trips to the northern part of the island, Little Exuma, and Georgetown quite convenient. The house is well appointed - kitchen is equipped with all you need to make meals, furniture and beds are comfortable, lots of beach towels and floats for enjoying the water. There are multiple outdoor seating options - my favorite places for escaping the June heat while enjoying the view was the ocean deck and Tiki Bar! You will check in and never want to leave!
