About this space
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A Great Exuma getaway close to it all yet on the quiet south side of the island! Enjoy the many amenities The Cays has to offer with friends and family. This spacious ocean-front villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (2 masters with ensuites). From the large deck enjoy the beautiful sunsets, cook on the PitBoss grill and dine alfresco. The fully furnished kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals or hire a private chef.
The space
Sunset Wishes has amazing views from most areas of the home with many French doors and windows. Ideal for families and couples traveling together.

Absolutely loved the location. This house is perfect for exploring the island as it is central to EVERYTHING. The leeward side of the island proved to be the ticket. We stayed for a month and 2 out of the 4 weeks were too windy for the beaches on the other side of the island but this side was protected so we were able to just hang out at the pool or on the large deck. Other people we talked to - on the other side - couldn't sit on their porches because of the wind.The house itself is spacious, well equiped and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the highchair and "Pack n Play" came in handy for our grandson.Our host Karen was fantastic and right on the ball with responses.All in all we really enjoyed the house and it's view, it's location and amenities, the island itself and Karen's advice and quick response. We would definately return to this property.Thanks for letting us stay at your property Karen!!

The place was spotless and spacious and incredibly comfortable and welcoming. I stayed with friends and we all had more than enough space to gather and hang out or spread out on our own. The pool was a bit chilly but the week before we arrived was quite cold. Swimming on the flats is...special because of the mushy bottom but we used the floaties and kayaks included at the pool area and it was a blast. We loved having coffee on the huge deck in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening as well as feeding fish off the dock. The place had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. Fresh water, fully equiped kitchen, linens, etc - even a BBQ! The host was very responsive and friendly and internet service and smart TV were excellent. Only downside were the no-see-ums (bring spray) and bumpy road in - all out of the host's control and not deal breakers at all.

We had a great time! House was perfect! Great space had everything we needed. Road there is bumpy I suggest a 4 wheel drive car for the island and bug spray. The kayaks were great in the morning!

Flats, fishing, and more

I think more people should visit the flats side of Exuma. As it was our 6th visit, we finally decided to stay on the flats side and it did not disappoint. The sunsets were beautiful and the fishing was fantastic. My husband and boys caught all kinds of fish off the boat areas. Karen, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Valentino, the property manager, was great. Helped us to the kayaks, tiki bar, and more. The pool is a bonus after a hot day running around the whole island. House is stocked with everything. Roads are rough getting there but worth it. Heard they may get around to paving it. In all, felt as if we were on our own tropical resort. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome house

We stayed at Karen’s property for spring break in April 2025. The house was bigger than it appeared in the photos (a plus for us) and was immaculate clean. There are three big bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of four. The dishwasher is old and we sometimes needed to run it twice to clean properly, but otherwise all appliances were very good. The view from the house is very nice and the house is central to all Exuma has to offer. Perhaps the only negative we found was that the dirt road that leads to the house is long and a pain to drive on (obviously not something the owners are responsible for). Overall a great place. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

Paradise

No words can describe how wonderful this house and it's location is. It was like staying at a private resort!! The home and the property are beautifully well maintained. The pool, the tiki hut, the kayaks and the scenery were enjoyed daily. Mornings on the patio with a cup of coffee were sheer bliss. Every night we were in awe of the sunsets. The home, the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Valentino, the property manager was always eager to assist or give us valuable island information. We hope to someday return to this amazing place.

Hidden Gem

Amazing house. Everything we needed and more. We cannot wait to return. The owner, Karen, responded to our every need. Once we got there, Valentino took great care of us! I miss it already. The pool was so nice too. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Personal Resort

We had such a wonderful stay at our own little personal resort! House is large and had everything we needed including a big, beautiful deck. The property was meticulously landscaped. Had the pool to ourselves the entire time. Enjoyed kayaking right off our back door in the beautiful clear waters. Karen, our home owner, was very responsive and gracious enough to let us come back and stay an additional night when our flights were cancelled. Sunsets where beautiful but a note of caution, as soon as the sun sets the no-see-ums (bugs) come out, so take bug spray. We will be back to this wonderful home in paradise.

Beautiful house in the iron shores

The home is nicely appointed. Kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfortable and the many ceiling fans were great. The expansive back porch is wonderful. It's huge and high enough to catch a good breeze. The water view is really pretty. We saw many fish along the shore. The pool and grounds were well kept and in good working order. It is a long unpaved road but totally doable in a car. We went slow and enjoyed the view. Would recommend this place to others!
