Convenient, central, but step up from hostel stay

Two Turtles was the best location. Center of town and walking distance to everything, including the water taxi! Room was just okay. It's more of an Inn or Hostel. No maid service during your stay, so you have to ask for new towels, etc. Our air conditioning was broken, which would have been fine, but our window did not have screens, so we couldn't open those either. Great people that work there and love the bar! But definitely a 2 star as far as room quality.

unser hotel war eine einzige baustelle, es hatte geschlossen und wir standen mutterseelen alleine auf den bahamas und wussten nicht weiter..... wir haben unseren fall an die besxchwerdeabteilung weitergereicht und hoffen um schnellstmöglichste klärung

Dated Facilities

This place has seen better days. Carpeting appears to be at least 20 years old. It's been a while since I stayed at a place that did not have a coffee pot in the room nor coffee available on the property by 7:00 am. The staff was nice and friendly which was the only save.

Perfect location

The hotel is perfectly located. Very near to the port that takes you to all nearby islands. A 10 minutes drive to the Fish Fry.

I liked it well enough.

I was there for four nights; it was strictly a business trip. The hotel is perhaps a little timeworn, and it is right in the heart of commercial George Town; you can walk to banks, stores, etc., only a couple of minutes away. The hotel seems to be a hangout for expats at happy hour, and some nights has live entertainment, which I could have done without, but that is a personal preference. Lunch is available there, but we had to go out for dinner. We had to wait a while fir one of the rooms when we got there, which was a bit annoying, but life is never perfect. All in all, I liked the atmosphere here, and will go back. Also, it was the cheapest option I could find.

Everything was adequate. Honestly, I was expecting more. However, this is a small outfit AND it is the Bahamas. The setting (near by) was beautiful.

部屋の管理が悪い

データに部屋でWi-Fiをつなげるとありましたが、wi-fiのルーターから離れた部屋だったせいかつなげませんでした。スタッフにそれ伝えると、ドアを開ければ、つながるんじゃない？、との回答。それでもつながったり、切れたり。外まで行って、Wi-Fiをつないだのですが、他のゲストルームの前を通るたびに、私の影が見えるので、他のゲストも気になるようで……。しかも部屋のテレビが壊れていたので、部屋を変更できないでしょうかとお願いしても、応じてくれませんでした。しかも、シャワーの水のノブが壊れていて、熱湯のみ。シャワーは浴びれませんでした。部屋の設備の管理はきちんとしてほしいです。
