「Clean room」

「Beautiful and clean」

「The accommodations provided a clean, comfortable, and secure experience. • The staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, and the complimentary breakfast was of an excellent standard. • Although the property does not feature scenic views, its tranquil location offers convenient access to the town center and the seawall, complemented by a pleasant rooftop area for guest relaxation.」

「Very nice property…close to the center of Georgetown and close to all my meetings.」

「Great service」

「Having stayed at King's Hotel and Residences recently, my overall stay was good and enjoyable in terms of the cleanness of the room I stayed in, local amenities was good to use, the restaurant food in terms of portion of size and value for money was worth every penny, staff were very helpful and friendly, enjoyed my stayed. 「Every thing was very good and clean, front desk and the security guard, we checked out today 9/26/26 the security guard that was there this evening is a very nice guy……Erick」

「Great location, friendly staff & clean.」

「The on line images were misleading. Dangerous spiral stairs to climb to get to the second floor and equally dangerous to get from the living/kitchen area to the bedroom, which is one floor above」

「Overall, like if the property had two star, the front staff is great friendly ladies who are very helpful. We went to go see the manatees in the national park and they called the taxi and got us there. The overall the property is nice and well maintained nice colonial style. The bed was good, air-conditioned room. Beyond that the food is exorbitant. The food was good, but I’m paying the same prices at a high-end restaurant in the United States. Also no one, but the front staff can crack a smile...
