“This is a new hotel therefore everything looked clean and tidy. I spend only one night but managed to try the food which was very good and enjoyed the gym. ”

“Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. ”

“There is only one restaurant on site with limited options and very little variety each day. The Hotel is new and very clean. The location is good but there are not many things to do within walking distance.”

“Very large, quiet and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows and linen. Ver nice large shower with Molten Brown soaps. Really courteous, professional and helpful staff all round. Great cocktails at the bar downstairs. Great food and service in the top floor fine dining restaurant. Definitely the best hotel in Georgetown by a very large margin. “Would stay again. Great price for an economical hotel. Toilet tank didn’t always fill up but after it rained the toilet started to flush again. Hotel room is spacious and it was clean. The pool was nice and relaxing. They were doing construction in the back pool area during my stay - it will be nice to see how it all looks once completed. The food was delicious! The staff was helpful! Thank you for your hospitality !”

“Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us.”

“AC was excellent. TV access was terrible - no TV for aver 3 days and no attempt to rectify. No instructions to access the safe, again no attempt to rectify. However, overall the staff was mostly very helpful.”

“The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again.
