「Not Recommended Our stay at this hotel was unacceptable on multiple levels. The front desk staff were openly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and communication was almost impossible because they did not speak English. In an English speaking country, this is a basic requirement — and the hotel’s failure here created constant frustration and made even simple requests difficult.
