“Our overall stay was good I would stay there again for sure there were only a few things that I didn’t like one was no rules were followed or enforced in the pool area and there was no pool bar like the website indicates and shows it was there but never opened and we were told that it was not gonna ever open back up. The room was comfy but not clean by no means until we cleaned it ourselves ”

“Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day. We even tried to book for the following bike……

“Check in was very easy. Parking, if you're lucky, you can get a spot on the property but there is a parking garage across the street not too far. It's secure and you need a pass key to get in. The main entrance was very clean and welcoming. Our condo was on the 8th floor. The key pass does not work on the door so you have to punch the code in all the time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Exactly how it was pictured. Full kitchen. Appliances, small washer dryer, ocean views, 2……

“The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance……

“This was our first time staying at a different property in 20+ years as we’ve always stayed in the same rental house every year. The hotel itself was very clean, very well maintained & walking distance to shopping/attractions. Our condo, located inside the hotel was very clean upon arrival. I don’t have anything negative to say about our stay, but I do have two recommendations. The paint that’s used to paint the inside of the condo, was bubbled up & peeling off in a few noticeable areas. One……
