“It was beautiful and relaxing. A little sketchy on the roads when snowing for some Texans like us, but it was well managed. Shot trip to the casinos but what we really loved was the town 30 minutes away the owners recommended with great restaurants and breweries. If you’re looking for a mountain getaway, this is a great one!”

“This place was sooo relaxing — like an old fashioned family vacation place. There’s plenty of room, comfortable king-sized bed in a separate bedroom. Main room has multiple reclining chairs, games, books, video cassettes, and a view of a bubbling creek out the window. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the owners brought us fresh milk to go with the coffee (Starbucks.) “Overall great location to be close to mountains and Denver. House is setup great as a VRBO with every room having it's own bathroom and multiple on first floor with no stairs. Barn worked great for a small wedding of 40 people. Little trouble getting the contract for the barn, but seems like the process is going to be smoothed out going forward.”
