「Excellent service and professional staff. 」

「The General Palmer Hotel is a special historic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable in all areas. A few things that would make this hotel excellent would be in-room coffee, complimentary water bottles in room, and more or brighter lighting in the rooms. There was not a smart tv in the room but for us it was a minor issue. Beds were very comfortable and the decor matched the feel of the historic hotel. 」

「Hotel was ok, did not like staying in the far wing, have to take an elevator/stairs, walk across the sky walk, to another elevator/stairs. Lobby was cool and restaurants were good.」

「The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and we both slept good. We had a good breakfast and a nice talk with Arlene the host, who was very interesting and knew a lot about the area.」
