"This is a fun rambly rustic house great for large groups, but there were inaccuracies in the listing that were frustrating.The Good:Location - just 15 minutes from North Beach, 20 minutes to Minnetonka Cave. Yard - huge secluded grassy backyard with shade trees, a climbing tree, and a pavillion with firepit and tables.Plenty of Parking for 10-20 vehicles.Delicious, cold well water from kitchen sink as well as yard hydrant.Good water pressure throughout house, and ample hot water for downstairs...

"This house was great! Inside was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having a washer/dryer. Comfortable bed, comfortable couches, nice tv, perfect kitchen. Outside wasn't real inviting. Had to sweep the long grass/weeds off the walkway and move the garbage can from the entrance gate. But would definitely stay here again!"

"Property was exactly as described, host was incredibly responsive. The area was beautiful, close to many activities and far enough away to be peaceful and soul cleansing. A great stay!"

"Great location for us--close to Bear Lake, Paris Ice Cave, etc. The facilties were clean. We popped a breaker cooking breakfast but the host helped us immediately. Some of the beds were creaky making it hard for some to sleep. Two of the 3 grills did not work, but the host was not aware of that and will probably fix it. Great fire pit area which we enjoyed. Plenty of room for corrn hole and volleyball."

"Clean & comfortable. Neighbors are quiet. The 2 portable a/cs (1 bedroom, 1 living room) kept things pretty cool, though the days were barely higher than 80-85 when we stayed) Looking from the back porch, 2 tree swings. Yard is dry and there seems to be no fence between the yard and train track. Deer would graze in the yard. You have to drive to get to any stores/ restaurants/ entertainment. (Seems all stores close before 9) Bring eye masks and earplugs. Only thin curtains on all the windows...

"The buildings were clean and well stocked. Maintenance responded quickly when we had an issue. It's in a rural area, but there's things to do and see within 30 minutes or so. We would absolutely stay there again."
