"front desk & auto delivery were excellent but the maintenance department is not motivated to do their job. Two examples: management posted a note not to waste water by letting the water run while brushing your teeth...but the toilet was running the whole time. I did a simple adjustment to the flushing mechinism to fix. the water spigot was totally loose on the bathroom sink. Its apparent that some staff members do not care about their job. we had breakfast one morning, our waiter disappeared for some reason, the other waiter would not pick up our food from the kitchen, it sat there for 10 or more minutes. Apparently that staff lacks teamwork."

"The a/c unit made so much noise the clock was not on the right time which when you need to catch a flight and are come from a time difference is annoying. The airport shuttle: to get to the airport shuttle you have to get a shuttle to get the shuttle to the hotel make sure you have the full address as there is 4 difference hotle. Getting back to the airport was much easier."

"It was nice. I liked the staff but it is always a long line to check in. The staff was helpful. The food at the restaurant was pretty good. The salmon was a tad dry but they gave me a big glass of wine! My room was great. My only thing is I am scared of heights and the hotel as you can see is all about heights. Luckily the staff placed me on a lower floor. Still scared but at least I wasn’t all the way up. I would stay again."
