「My bathroom had lots of hair in it from a previous guess . When checking out my card was charged although I paid thru hotels.com . It took 3 days for them to correct it. The manager stated as a courtesy my stay would be free . That was nice because I didn’t even ask for that . However it seems he went back on his word as I have yet to receive credit and no one is responding . This is actually the only hotel I visits when in Valdosta . Honestly I may stay again since Valdosta doesn’t have much...

「Great room and super clean 」

「Rooms are clean & property seemingly renovated. Lobby area very nice. Pool area needs a lot of work & updating. Water felt weird. Too small & too many people in pool. Tiles & concrete in pool falling apart. Deck dirty with bugs & cigarette butts. Towels extremely small. We couldn’t wait to get out & take a shower. Good overall hotel for short stay. 」
