The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Our family room was a little bit worn down and didn't fit to the modern style of the lobby & restaurant. There needs to be done a renovation of the rooms very soon! The location next to the park and restaurants nearby is great. Parking was easy in the streets next by on weekends.

So many options for breakfast. Even fresh lemon for tea. Room clean and comfortable. Check in and out very easy. Was able to park right in front of hotel at no charge but they also have covered parking for a fee.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett an der Rezeption, sowie im Sevice. Die Parkmöglichkeiten durch die Tiefgarage hervorragend.

Im ersten Zimmer musste meine schwangere Frau Mäuse- beziehungsweise Rattenkot sowie ein weißes Pulver, das nach unserem Eindruck möglicherweise Gift war, entfernen. Zusätzlich befand sich in diesem Zimmer auch noch eine unter dem Bett zurückgelassene Süßware. Im zweiten Zimmer fanden wir schließlich eine vollgesogene Zecke. Diese Zustände sind nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern stellen insbesondere in Anbetracht der Schwangerschaft meiner Frau eine erhebliche Gesundheitsgefährdung dar. Sowohl die Schwangerschaft meiner Frau als auch die Mitreise unserer Katze waren vorab angekündigt, weshalb wir davon ausgehen durften, dass bei der Zuweisung des Zimmers besonderes Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit und einen einwandfreien Zustand gelegt wird. Trotz der massiven Mängel erhielten wir weder ein Upgrade noch eine Erstattung – abgesehen von den 12 Euro für das Parkticket. Darüber hinaus wurde uns trotz des gekauften Parktickets kein Platz in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung gestellt. Stattdessen erhielten wir die unverschämte Antwort, wir müssten uns eben in den Nebenstraßen einen Parkplatz suchen. Hätten wir nicht unter erheblichem Zeitdruck gestanden, wären wir sofort in ein anderes Hotel ausgewichen.

Auf Städtetour unterwegs machten Wir Stop im MERCURE Gera.Zügiger Check In,Freundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption,Zimmer außreichend Groß,Sauber und eine Große Badewanne war auch dabei! Das Abendessen im Haus hat Uns auch Sehr Positiv überrascht und Wir meinen,daß hier ein Jeder Etwas Passendes findet,das auch zu einem Angemessenen Preis.Beim Leckeren Frühstück fehlte Es an nahezu Gar-Nichts und das Servicepersonal hat Ihren Laden im Griff!Wir jedenfalls werden Wiederkommen!

Over all et ok hotel. Lobby osv er fint, men gulvtæppet på værelset var beskidt med pletter og meget støvet i alle hjørner. Morgenmaden var super god! Fint til en enkelt nat på vej igennem Tyskland.

Hotel af ældre dato, men senge, rengøring osv var helt i top. Der kører sporvogne hvor hotellet ligger, så en obs på p-kælderen kunne have været lækkert. Vi spiste på en restaurant nær hotellet. Lille gåtur og så står man i centrum.

Wir waren zu einer Oper im Theater angereist was in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels liegt. Dies ist natürlich recht praktisch. Auch vom Hauptbahnhof ist das Hotel fußläufig zu erreichen. Freundlich, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal! Wir sind sehr zufrieden!
