Located just 4 km (7 minutes) from the Geraldton Foreshore, it offers a relaxing and convenient base for exploring the area. Ideal for both short and mid-term stays, enjoy the best of Geraldton in comfort and style.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated, offering comfortable beds and hanging racks for your clothes.
Master Bedroom: Enjoy a queen-sized bed with a plush mattress for comfort.
Second Bedroom: Relax in a double bed with fresh linens for a great night's sleep.
Third Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed for added convenience.
The lounge room is ideal for relaxation, featuring cosy seating, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.

👉 Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.
👉 Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.
👉 Parking Information:
Our property features a standard residential driveway for your vehicle. For your safety and convenience, on-street parking is not permitted.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay.
Our cottage is located in Rangeway, a neighbourhood known for its welcoming community spirit and diverse character. Rangeway is a lower socioeconomic area of Geraldton, offering a unique and authentic local experience. Despite its modest surroundings, the neighbourhood is rich in culture and community.
You'll find several parks and recreational areas nearby, perfect for outdoor activities and enjoying the fresh air. Local shops, cafes, and eateries offer a taste of Geraldton's charm without the hustle and bustle of busier areas.
While Rangeway is quieter and less affluent than some parts of Geraldton, it provides easy access to the town's major attractions, beautiful beaches, and essential amenities. Public transportation is readily available, making it convenient to explore the broader Geraldton area.
As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.

We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:
No parties or events – This is a peaceful home. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, without refund.
No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.
Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.
Take care of the property – If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.
Check-out – Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.
Keys & access devices – Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will incur replacement charges.
