    Renting a family apartment of 90 m2 renovated and comfortable.
    Full center of Gérardmer, 1st floor with terrace of 40 m2 without vis-à-vis,
    1 closed garage in interior courtyard
    This apartment consists of:
    - Fitted kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Induction hob, Dishwasher)
    - Large room / living room with possibility of sleeping 2 persons 160x200
    - 2 bedrooms with 160x200 bed
    - 1 bedroom with 140X190 bed and 3 bunk beds 90x190

    Many facilities are available: Washing machine, Drying rack, Kettle, Mixer, Toaster, Coffee makers (Nespresso and standard casting), Raclette set, Fondue set, Party crepe, 2 TVs, WIFI, Xbox, games to relax.
    Barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.

    Splendide appartement, situation idéale! Parfait pour festival du film fantastique
    Nous avons logés à 7 dans l'appartement dans le plus grand des conforts, l'appartement est magnifique, très bien décoré, super fonctionnel (il y a tout) et idéalement situé en centre ville pour faire le festival du film fantastique! Le propriétaire est quelqu'un à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être des personnes louant son bien. A noter que l'appartement est situé au dessus de la boulangerie dont le four peut gêner les dormeur au sommeil léger.

    Bel appartement en parfait état et pourvu d'un bon équipement.
    L'appartement était parfait. Dommage qu'une chambre ne soit accessible que par une autre chambre. La rue F. Mitterand étant "piétons", l'office de tourisme m'a signalé que le propriétaire aurait dû faire une attestation de location pour obtenir un droit de passage en voiture. Heureusement la rue en face de l'entrée du parking était en double sens.
