Please contact us before booking.
The property is conveniently located between downtown and the lake; all the shops are within walking distance; ski shuttle a few meters from the building. A children's playground is located 3 min.
The exact address is Rue du Casino.
It includes a living room, lounge with open kitchen.
The living room has an LED TV 102 cm and home theater.
The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette, melted unit.
WIFI included via Freebox
Both bedrooms have large closets (one bedroom is equipped with a LED TV 102 cm).
bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, pantry, terrace, closed box in a sealed floor.
Free baby kit including cot + mattress, bath, high chair, stroller, baby carrier bag back, booster seat, swimming vest, changing mat.
For children, 2 sleds are available.

Pour notre deuxième séjour dans la location nous y sommes toujours aussi bien installé. La location est très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel. Parmi les 3 adultes occupant le logement une personne en fauteuil roulant électrique y séjournait et elle a pu se déplacer facilement aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Bâtiment équipé d’un ascenseur, place de stationnement PMR très bien situé le box privatif en sous-sol et fermé à clé permet de se garer en toute sécurité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Magnifique appartement propre avec toutes les commodités et très bien placé près du lac et du centre-ville . En plus c’était calme . Super accueil par le Monsieur de la conciergerie et des habitants de l’immeuble. Nous avons passé des moments inoubliables avec ma maman de 88 ans handicapée. En plus nous avons du très beau temps toute la semaine avec un très beau feu d’artifice le 14 août. Merci . Je recommande.

Die Wohnung ist auch für ältere Urlauber sehr gut geeignet. Fahrstuhl im Haus von der Tiefgarage direkt zum passenden Stockwerk. Tiefgarage mit jeweils eigener Garage mit Schwingtor.Das Haus hat einen sehr guten Lärmschutz, absolut ruhig!!! Auf dem großen Balkon sitzt man gemütlich. Am schönen Lac de Gérardmer, in der Fußgängerzone und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist man in wenigen Gehminuten. Viele gemütliche Lokale. Erwähnenswert sind die Anzahl der Sitzgelegenheiten und die Sauberkeit der Stadt.Bei der Ankunft mussten wir leider etwas länger auf Mr. Benjamin warten. Da er nur französisch spricht hatten wir am Telefon Kommunikationsprobleme. TIPP: SMS schreiben und Name des Vermieters erwähnen. Schlüsselübergabe sehr freundlich und kompetent. Danke!!!!Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi appartement met veel faciliteiten
Een mooi nieuw appartement en aan veel is gedacht, van een broodrooster tot en met 2 sleetjes in de garage. Jammer was dat degene bij wie je kunt inchecken alleen Frans spreekt terwijl op de website wat anders gecommuniceerd staat. Deze meneer nam eerst de telefoon niet op en kwam vervolgens veel later dan beloofd, waardoor wij niet konden inchecken op het afgesproken tijdstip. Verder hebben wij het erg naar ons zin gehad!

Très bon séjour
