Sehr gute Gruppenunterkunft für Feste

Wir haben im Haus von Olivier zwei tolle Tage verbracht. Die Sauna ist für 2-3 Personen top. Der Wherlpool hätte sauberer sein können. Wir haben es nicht reklamiert, da wir ihn nicht gebraucht haben, deshalb beschwere ich mich nicht. Olivier hat auf alle Nachricht schnell geantwortet und ist uns mit einem späteren Check out entgegen gekommen. Es war im Haus alles wie beschrieben und es gab eine toll ausgestattete Küche, in der wir für bis zu 12 Personen gut kochen konnten.

Nicht mehr das was es mal war

Leider ist diese Unterkunft nicht mehr so gut in Schuss, wie es auf den Bildern wirkt. Das Haus hat schwarzen Schimmel im Bad mit Sauna, ein Wandregal voller Geschirr das lediglich mit einem Stab an der Wand gestützt wird, um nicht herunterzufallen. Dazu offene Steckdosen und die Spülmaschine reinigt das Geschirr nicht richtig. Die Haustüre klemmt und ist nur schwer zu öffnen. Im Brandfall unvorstellbar. Das W-Lan fiel regelmäßig aus. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen mit mehr als 10 Personen in dem Haus zu übernachten, da es sonst im restlichen Haus an Platz mangelt. Es wirkte nicht, bzw. schlecht gereinigt: In den Schubladen waren Flecken, unter dem Bett Staub und Ohrenstäbchen, die Toilette roch nach Urin. Trotz der Mitteilung an den Vermieter wurde keine Lösung des Problems gefunden. Der Gartenbereich ist schön und der Zugang zum Bach im Sommer eine tolle Abkühlung. Das Haus hat Potential benötigt jedoch dringend eine Renovierung.

Individuelle Unterkunft, ideal für (große) Familien

Das Haus ist groß und hat individuellen Charme, einen schönen Garten und Zugang zum natürlichen Bach La Vologne. Man vermisst dort nichts, die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, direkt am angrenzenden Naturschutzgebiet. Ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto ist man schnell in Gerardmer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände wie zB die Dusche unten könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Logement atypique et spacieux

Logement atypique de par sa configuration, le rendant ludique pour les enfants. Il est spacieux. Nous avons par contre regretté un manque d'entretien des espaces extérieurs. Balançoire impraticable, espace pique-nique avec une table cassée, barbecue en piteux état, accès à la rivière compliqué avec les orties. L espace jacuzzi est agréable, sans plus. Les prestations globalement sont correctes mais pas au niveau attendu quand on se base sur le descriptif de l'annonce.

Très beau gîte atypique proche de la Vologne. Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 8 personnes, 3 générations et tout le monde avait ses aises. Très bonne literie et endroit calme propice au repos. Quel bonheur de profiter du spa et du sauna privatif après le ski ou la rando! Quelques balades en forêt au départ de la propriété. Possibilité de rejoindre en quelques minutes en voiture le centre de Gérardmer (tous commerces), le bord du lac, la station de ski alpin ou l'espace nordique. Accueil très sympathique par Stéphanie ! Une belle première expérience vosgienne😉

Parfait pour une ou deux familles

Beaucoup d'espace dans ce gîte. Il est parfait pour 2 couples et jusqu'à 6 enfants qui ont envie d'avoir de l'espace et ne pas être les uns sur les autres. C'était un des rares gîtes qui offrait le nombre et configuration des chambres que nous recherchions. L'emplacement de la maison n'est pas génial et un peu sombre à l'époque de l'année que nous avons choisie mais il suffit de sortir profiter des très beaux environs - 2 ou 3 ballades à même pas 10 mins de la maison et maintes autres.
