Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, this complex of two adjoining holiday rentals is perfect for a pleasant stay with family or friends. The view of Lake Orient and the immediate proximity to the beach are real highlights. The beach is 500 metres away, with a 28-km bike path right at the cottage’s doorstep; there are also opportunities for other bike tours. Bike, scooter, and paddleboard rentals, as well as fishing gear and mini-golf, are available on-site, and there’s dining on the beach. On nice days, you can rent a unique guest room in the annex for 2 people (€40/night), which does not have a bathroom, allowing for a stay for up to 12 people. Heating, electricity, firewood, air conditioning, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Beds will be made upon arrival; towels and linens are included. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne vineyards (36 km), Renoir’s House (41 km), Clairvaux Abbey (45 km), Charles de Gaulle’s House (52 km). On the ground floor: the first cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a living room, a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with a patio/terrace, a twin bedroom with two 90x200 beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: The second cottage features a living area with a wood-burning stove that can accommodate 12 people, with access to a terrace overlooking the lake (wood provided), and a living room. Sleeping arrangements: one double bedroom with a TV and two separate, sloped-ceiling sleeping areas located on the mezzanine. One sleeping area consists of two 90x190 beds and the other of one 140x190 bed; there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and separate toilet. Outside: you’ll enjoy terraces, a courtyard, and a garden. Enclosed and secure parking. From June through September, you’ll have access to a private indoor pool (16 m x 5 m), heated to 28 degrees.
