“We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. ”

“The room was very nasry and dirty upon arrival. And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. ”

We enjoyed the large windows, and that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay again if in the area. ”

“The room was very small and narrow. Their was a large blood stain on the side of one of the beds. The parking lot was so close to the window you could hear the cars backing and turning. Definitely won’t use this hotel again!!!”

“one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each”
