「Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again.」

「I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area」

「Everything was set up beautifully, the beds were Super comfortable, I saw complaints about the noise on main street but it wasn't bad at all if your used to city noise already. Wonderful locations near by. No complaints at all.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable; everything in great order and it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure. Thanks for the great stay.」

「Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive...
