"Excellent boutique hotel. It was beautiful inside and very intimate. The little cafe was cozy and had snacks all day long plus coffee and tea. There is a private onsen and little garden. "We did not use their amenities or breakfast. But they don't supplies morning in room instant coffee after the first night stayed. They have afternoon drinks between 3 to 7 pm, nothing special not even beer."

"Large outdoor area of onsen pools with 4 lie-flat onsen beds. This hotel is well located with large parking lot. The room is spacious with suite and view of river and Gero. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and healthy. The hot spring is known for restorative and you can feel the difference why Gero is ranked number 2 of the 100 best hot springs in Japan. The hotel's location and quality of onsen is hard to beat. Thank You for the Great Service!!!!"
