「Our room was lovely with sea view. Food for dinner was super. Breakfast and lunch ok. Drinks outside were ok coke and lemonade not best taste and alcohol was low on them. Drinks bar at night a lot better. Beach not The best. Pools very cold in October. Spa bet dated and needed upgraded. Overall Food room very good and staff were so friendly happy to help lovely to see.」

「Very nice , very clean hotel with beautiful view. Kosher food Not for those using public transport. You will need taxi to come down the hill. But hotel provides free transportation once a day.」

「Lovely room and facilities. I would recommend this hotel for families」

「Hugely disappointing stay. I booked one night at this four star hotel and would not recommend it. I specifically booked a double bed but was given two uncomfortable single beds, despite the hotel appearing almost empty. The mattresses were excessively soft. The patio door was difficult to close due to an apparent obstruction in the runners. Reception staff were rude and dismissive. On arrival, 2 receptionists were busy chatting and I had to wait to be acknowledged. When I requested an umbrella...

「Wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star more of a 3. Cleaning could have been better had to ask to have the floor moped . On the plus side great location and the staff were helpful and friendly.」

「It was ok. Is it a 5 star, I don’t think so. More 4 in my opinion」

「Very welcoming staff throughout. Great to be on the beach or at the pool. Lots of sun beds available. Buffet restaurant dinners excellent with good variety and always hot. Italian restaurant highly recommended visit. Lifeguard at the indoor pool was great at entertaining the kids. Inaya at kids club was great at keeping our 5 year old well entertained.」

「地點不錯 靠近Hub與海邊商店街, 房間整體還算不錯, 早餐很豐盛! 接待很熱心 提供很多幫助 包含協助訂車回機場 飯店前面就是海 風景不錯!」

「Great place - would return」

「The management team are amazing here! You can contact them easily and they respond very quickly, warmly and politely, at any time of day. I was pleasantly surprised to find my stay had been upgraded. The property was spacious, safe and well placed. You have every utensil needed if you want to cook for yourself, and there is plenty of storage space. I really liked waking up to the sunshine and having a balcony to enjoy. Lucas Towers and the Seashells Apartments are located just off the main road,...

「Whole place Needs updating as it looks tired. Basic room facilities & again very tired in presentation. Breakfast is terrible & poor quality. Bacon is basically ham boiled, fried bread is like cardboard. The only positive is location as it’s close to beach, restaurants and airport」

「Rooms dated but clean . Staff friendly .」

「Loved the service in particular from the staff. Especially at the front desk, Maria and the Fitness Instructor, Sophia. The food was such good quality for an all inclusive! Would definitely come back!」

「Very nice !」

「Wow, this hotel was an absolute 11/10! Not only was it exceptionally clean but it was beautifully decorated throughout and the bed was so comfortable! The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind, which made our stay even more special. The pool area was lovely, with the biggest, fluffiest towels and the food was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and buffet, all included, and the presentation of the food was...
