「Clean flat a bit noisy at the weekends 」

「We enjoyed staying at this apartment. The three bedroom/two baths were great for the 5 of us. The place is in a residential community and about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Along the way are plenty of stores and restaurants. There is no central air - but the fans kept the place cool/circulating the air. Make sure to ask for them. The property manager, Felix, was very responsive. I highly recommend this place - a great find in San Sebastián!」

「Plenty of space for big groups (we had our young children, my in laws, and another couple). Very convenient, quiet location with easy access to the beach and old town. Aside from a few squeaky doors/beds, we didn’t have anything to complain about. Would definitely recommend staying here」

「Mari Carmen’s flat was perfect for our four week stay in San Sebastián. We used her terrace as much as possible as the weather was beautiful. The flat is in perfect location and easy walking to all neighborhoods in town. Mari Carmen was so responsive to our many questions. She offered suggestions for day trips, eating, shopping and more. We were sad to leave this lovely flat and beautiful city, but we will return to both!」

「This is a fabulous property in a terrific location close to beaches and Old Town but situated in a robust urban neighborhood with good local bars and eateries. Adrain the host was on top of things and the apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, spacious and nicely decorated. 」
