The breakfast room is on the 3rd floor. We were placed in a room right beneath the breakfast room so we could hear walking above us beginning at 6AM in the morning. If you weren't in that room, the motel would be excellent.

Great location with Cemetery Hill just to the north good parking, clean and quiet, 24/7 coffee in the lobby breakfast is average but the view is great from the breakfast room on the third floor several good restaurants and two breweries within 1000 foot walk

Ok renovations made the feel and environment look inviting staff was pleasant breakfast was great (hot food) Let’s talk about the bed eh!!! Our room mattress was substandard (not awful) but much to be desired. Walls of our room were paper thin we heard every peep from room on either side and the family above felt like they were coming thru the ceiling (not the family’s fault they weren’t doing jumping jacks or running around) Toilet ran all night handle kept getting stuck Location was perfect We couldn’t turn heat on only air conditioner (early April we should have option for both)

Lovely staff. Great breakfast. The view at breakfast was wonderful . Loved it being up on the 3rd floor.(minus the dirty windows from the outside). Our room was very nice. The bed was a bit springy. But I truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend staying here and will return in the future.

The pool was warm and clean, my husband used the weights in the gym. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Had a great meal at a nearby restaurant that was walking distance and the Gettysburg museum was across the street. We would stay there again.

staff at the front desk was courteous, helpful and kind enough to share with us his knowledge about the civil war and point to us the places to go, he made our trip more interesting and gave us an idea what to do and where to go.
