Room was dirty. Pillow cases dirty. Lock broken. We actually left after the first night and went to a different hotel. Shower barely worked. Place smelled like weed.

Clean room , great staff, this winter some renovations so no breakfast or vending machines but there is a Perkins right in the parking lot, which is absolutely amazing and there is another hotel kind of catty corner which you can go in and get any snacks or anything that you need. The staff here was absolutely amazing. It was a great little place to just get away clear your head. It was quiet and it was really cute. Very, very close to town like not even three minutes up the road and so much stuff to do nearby I happen to notice. I was only in town for like three days for a doctor visit but it was a really cute little place and I’m a big Perkins fan so I was very happy to have an excuse to go get a piece of pie anyways everybody enjoy your stay.

Staff, pool, maids slam the doors and don’t leave clean towels after you put out dirty towels. Pool was cold and dirty. No breakfast as advertised. The gym was pathetic and there was no clean towels or cups for water. Trash was overflowing outside of the entrances. Had to tell staff about the trash. The whole place smelled like weed. People smoking crack in their cars in the parking lot.

First the staff checked me into the wrong room. He didn't read my first name with my last name & didn't catch it until i was signing the ipad. I ended up having my family send me the $$ to correct his error. Second, no hot tub & i wouldn't let my worst enemy in the tetanus room they call a pool. No breakfast & no staff at the desk to ask about it. I even tried asking the 1 cleaning lady & she didn't look up from her phone. There was no coffee or cups in either room of ours. There was dog poop & vomit at our entrance. The whole place smelled of cigarettes & there were dog's barking all day.1 guy had 2 pitbulls & only the little girl dog was on a leash. The boy dog ran right up me & scared me toto death!! We didn't know people lived there!! It was 1 step up from a homeless shelter because we actually paid to be there. Wouldn't ever recommend anyone ever going there.

I called to make sure we had a pet friendly room on first gloor. When we got there, we had a room on second floor. I went to front desk and explained i called beforehand and if we could have first floor. The chsnge was made but we couldn't regulate heater so went down to desk. He explsined to use the wall regulator not the actual heater, which could have been explained when checking in. Then i asked about breakfast times. Was told they dont do breakfast. Then why is it advertised?. The room had a disengaged fire alarm and the security latch was busted off. We had no cups so i went back down to lobby. When the desk attendant saw me he adked " What now?" Rudely. I wasnt even going to bother him at his paid job as i was going to the coffee bar area where they actually had cups. Also the vending machi e ripped us off. This is a pet friendly hotel and there was so much dog poop not cleaned up it was gross. I clean up after my pets, but whoever doesn't, the hotel should clean up for the guests. There was still alot of snow and the side walk into the hitel still had ice on in. Guess they don't care if someone slips? I never felt so unwelcome at a place that i paid for. Ironically, we had stay there before when it was Baymont and it was a good experience which is why we returned. After this experience, I would advice everyone to avoid this place.

even though i used my cash back from expedia and got my room free, the over abundance of recreational smoking smell in the hotel. and room smelled like cigarettes, the bed smells as well of cigarettes and i do not smoke. there was no notification of not having breakfast as advertised . when went to check out no one was at front desk to let them know. you can tell they are trying to remodel and upgrade. would have given more stars if it wasn’t for the smoke smelling issue.

The room had a musty smell as soon as we walked in. With it being a pet friendly hotel, the carpet in the room was heavily stained. They were doing renovations, which is great, but seeing the dumpster full of trash and matresses was not an appealing first impression.

They did not have a hot tub, even though the websidte,stated they did.. when asked was told that it was taken out 4 yrs ago.. front staff was friendly, facility was clean. The breakfast was not up to par, was cold ceral, nothjng hot such as egg, sausage and or backn.. will not book again.

The location felt safe and quiet. There are also many dining options nearby, as well as public transportation. It is conveniently located near the town and has easy parking on the premises. The room was very clean and comfortable.
