不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
I booked here for a week. The fridge in the room is a very tiny fridge so if you’re planning to bring things to put in the fridge for the week you will not have enough space. The room also does not have a microwave so if you plan to heat anything up you will not be able to do so conveniently in your room. You will have to go down to the lobby and use the microwave that isn’t very clean. They have a sign that says they clean the bed sheets everyday unless you have the do not disturb hang tag on the knob,but that’s a lie I stayed here for a week along with 5 other people who had their own rooms and we all confirmed that none of our bed linen was changed within that entire week. The hotel front desk just gives a sorry excuse that they only have 1 housekeeper which I don’t understand how you have 1 employee to clean an entire hotel. The housekeeper only comes in and takes out the trash and takes up used towels that’s all they don’t clean the shower toilet beds sheets or anything. Upon arrival on the first day the toilet had a seal over it that said “sanitized for your protection” THAT WAS A BIG FAT JOKE ! .I opened to the toilet to seee piss and hair all over it absolutely disgusting which lead me to believe they probably did not clean the room at all in between guests. When I alerted the front desk she just took a old rag and some off brand spray and gave it a wipe down. No Clorox I ended up having to clean it.They allow other guest to be loud and noisy every night at all hours
