“Superb 1 night stay. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean throughout, kitchenette was great (with bottles of still and sparkling water provided) and the bathroom was lovely with the best shower (great pressure and spacious). Would definitely stay here again if we return! ”

“Fantastisk plass❤️anbefales på det varmeste! Sjarmerende hus fra 1500tallet, nydelig utsikt i stille villastrøk. 20min spasertur til gamlebyen Bergsmo. Utrolig koselig vert som bor i huset. Nydelig frokost ble servert når vi ønsket det. Dette må være fineste plassen i Bergamo❤️”

“Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.”

“very unprofessional staff members.. i wanted to check in earky as i had an immediate family emergency the staff weren’t helpful at all and didnt offer me a refund for my booking inspite of explaining to them the problem.. will never stay again here and honestly wouldn’t recommend it.. the staff were extremely unprofessional and not polite even when asked for basic city attractions help”

“Really lovely stay! Room was clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was very good! There was so much character in the hotel, it's somewhere I would definitely reccommend to others. ”

“The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.”
