“Brass Bells provided no information in advance about how to check in. When we arrived at the building, which is a huge apartment tower, there was no signage or any way to find someone to help. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible.……

“The property does not exist. Be aware of the scam. The phone number provided belongs to private person who tries to put you in other places. Please be careful when you book this un existing place. ”

“Terrible! It took hours to understand where the place was because it is like in a ghost building. I asked for the shampoo and the owner told me to use the soap.”

“The property is situated in a safe area. Staff are very friendly and are present 24/7. There are multiple plaza’s nearby. Room cleaning is on demand and they only enter if you allow them too.”
