Bei geöffneter Balkontür Lärm unerträglich.Presslufthammer, Bagger , Betonmischmaschine. Stromgenerator etc. , von morgens bis abends inklusive Samstag und Sonntag! Ich habe die Hotelmamanagerin darauf angesprochen und gesagt, dass ich erwartet hätte, rechtzeitig über diesen Umstand informiert zu werden.Sie entgegnete mir , im Hotel selbst gebe es keine Bauarbeiten.Die……

“房间内床板非常陈旧，洗澡水温不稳定，房间内没有WiFi，孩子们第一天只给一条毛毯，要求加被子被告知没有多余的被子只有毛毯，而马耳他晚上室外只有12,3度，睡觉时开热空调也不健康。游泳池的水太咸了！大概是直接用的海水，游泳池淋雨设施很差，桑拿要预定并另外付钱。”

“The Staff were ok but the hotel is ageing and looks and feels it. The Showers were poor in both Rooms; it took an eternity to get a sustainable flow at a reasonable temperature. The TV's; one didn't work at all and the one that did had only one English Channel Option with Subtitles, supposedly available in English; but not in reality. In my first Room I was bitten constantly; despite fresh bedding. So they gave me a new Room; the biting returned after just one night. The only redeeming feature……

“Location: 5 minutes slow walk to and from the airport bus station. Surrounded by restaurants. 20 minutes slow walk to the Sliema Ferry terminal to Valletta and/or Sliema city centre. Room: big rooms, large size beds, decent TV screen, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, and excellent shower. Only thing to add is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. Few button presses, you can switch it off. Customer service is ok and staff are polite. Restaurant and bar within the hotel. Noise: you can……

“Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. Shower didn’t have a fan so the whole room filled with steam even with the window open. Overall a nice hotel with lots of potential, in a really good location, but……
