"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Felt like home — but better! We absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front desk made us feel genuinely welcome — always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. The location is just perfect: right between the beach and the mountains, so you get the best of both views. One thing that really stood out to us was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, which made coming back after a long day even better. It was also super quiet, which we really appreciated — such a peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind. This place has a calm, welcoming vibe that made it hard to leave. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for everyone ❤️"

"We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking charge was double that stated on Expedia. There is no kitchenette as stated, there is a (good sized) fridge and a kettle, no glasses or anything. Check in information was a bit confusing as you had to check in at Rays but when i asked initially the guy didn't seem to know anything but we got there in the end. But we had a great time and are definitely hoping to go back next time we are in Lebanon."
