“it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience”

“Riad is located in the medina with good position. However, the room is full of ants. Our bodies felt very itchy after stayed in the sofa. The most unforgettable thing is I even woke with a dead ant on my face and a living insect on my pillow! After that I found there are serval dead insects on the bed I just slept! Cleanliness need to be improved.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location within the Medina. Lovely breakfast with fantastic service. The only downfall was there were tiny ants in our room but the staff were informed and they are dealing with it. The riad itself is beautiful and well maintained but hence the fact we didn’t actually didn’t stay at Dar Tahar, we were put in their new location which was amazing!”
