Es gibt für jeden Raum eine Klimaanlage (auch zum Heizen), deren Strom zentral über einen Automat im EG bezahlt werden muss. Insgesamt war es ein tolles Haus mit großem Wohn-/Esszimmer und angeschlossener Küche. Leider ist die Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - besonders auch die Liegen und der Grill draußen.
