「We rented one of the penthouses at Zen apartments. Location is excellent, 5-10 min walking distance to downtown. The street is quiet and the building is very new, same the penthouse that is decorated very modern and has all the convenience of a fully furnished apartment. 「The flat stank of cat piss and mould - it was unbearable - there is no service, no replies to emails, no replies on the phone calls, finding the instructions for the keys was a treasure hunt.
