"Do not recommend staying. Upon arriving at the property there was a lock on the gate (which the host had notified us about and had provided us with a code for). The code did not work despite multiple attempts. I called the host to ask for assistance. Due to poor reception it was difficult to hear, however, host was very impatient and rude. "Overall the place was nice for a tiny home. It was a bit disappointing that there was a property so close to the accomodation. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. I would also suggest to the owner to put the Jiffy fire lighters outside as the accomodation smelt like fuel when we arrived. Some of the electrics were not working as well. Be prepared to cut up all of your firewood into tiny slithers as that is all that you will manage to fit into the fireplace. All in all a pretty...

"Great property.. enough space for 3 couples and 4 children. Pool was excellent, two fridges was handy for us, house was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the view of the river from the house and enjoyed a few drinks and food on the table and chairs under the shady trees.. beautiful countryside. Close to Melbourne but feels like you’re far away! (In a good way!) The owners were responsive and able to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend. Thanks for the stay. "

"I arrived late after dark and the destination / address listed was not where my confirmation said - despite a new GPS in a new Ford Ranger then google maps on my phone - I simply could not find the place. Signage needs to be improved off the main road- I actually can’t say if the place actually exists! I wouldn’t mind a refund or a credit to stay another time. I had to drive 40 Km away to get into a motel to get to my son at Puckapunyal the next day for a March out. Really disappointed 😢"
