"This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. "Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...
