「Was worried as I booked and then checked the reviews but it was perfect for us. Yes it’s close to the tracks but none of us heard anything. Location was good. Could use a little TLC but nothing to drastic. Could have used a few more towels and the yard needed a clean up but whatever. I would stay again」

「Here’s a clearer and more polished version of your review:
We did enjoy our stay overall and checked out both rooms, which were great. However, one of the beds did have a few stains on it.
One thing to keep in mind is that the people upstairs can be pretty loud at night — you can hear walking around and conversations pretty clearly.
I’d also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner since the bottle pumps provided were broken.
