Tres agreable sejour dans cette jolie laison perdue dans la campagne charentaise. La maison et le jardin sont tres bien aménagés. Nous recommandons!

Lovely peaceful traditional property with modern amenities

Lovely traditional property with modern amenities with a good size pool. Very peaceful rural location. Excellent communication from the owners of the property and Mr and Mrs Keys, the property managers, were extremely helpful and accommodating. You will need a car to access supermarkets/sight seeing etc. but there are lots of beautiful areas to see. Cognac is beautiful and reasonably close. There is a summer festival there that takes place but you do have to pre book tickets online but it sounded sizeable with live music etc. La Rochelle, about an hour or so away, is also beautiful and has lots of lovely seafood restaurants along the front.

Super maison de vacances en Charente

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis dans la campagne charentaise. La maison est très spacieuse et idéale pour des vacances avec une piscine très agréable pendant la chaleur du mois d’août. Les échanges avec les hôtes étaient très fluides et l’accueil de Madonna et de son mari supers ! A savoir, la voisine n’apprécie pas le bruit en extérieur passé une certaine heure le soir

Très agréable pour 6 ou 8 adultes sans problème

Ballades à vélos (fournis et corrects) Piscine ,tennis de table et barbecue très sympa . 3h de Canoë à St Jean d'angely (très jolie ville à 20min par la campagne)très agréables et tennis . Côté technique, literie très correcte,cabines de douche dans les chambres à réviser , maison agréable à vivre barbecue près de là piscine sympa . Séjour très agréable avec Madonna très sympathique pour l'accueil .

Une belle semaine au calme en pleine campagne

Une location au calme, en pleine nature, a 30 minutes des villes touristiques, saintes, cognac, Angoulême.... Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables... Attention a ne pas faire de bruit tard le soir, La voisine saura vous rappellez a l'ordre.. Une belle location, typique, dans son jus, mais très agréable...vraiment !!!!

Une semaine reposante, Au calme, maison très spacieuse et pratique. La piscine chauffée est fantastique avec ses 29 degrés, même le soir! Rien à redire, à refaire!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, plus particulièrement grâce aux extérieurs magnifiques de la propriété. Il est dommage que la maisons sente l'humidité et que la terrasse nous offre quelques remontées de fosse sceptique... sinon cela aurait été parfait.

Amazing accommodation, amazing location

Extremely well presented, beautiful house in Gibourne. Well equipped kitchen with almost everything you need to cook and bake, lovely homely feeling comfy living room, 4 bedrooms with comfy beds, 2 en-suites, 2 further bathrooms, loads of outdoor seating, barbecue, use of table tennis table , use of loads of bikes, the list is endless, brilliant value for money but the icing on the cake, it has a private heated swimming pool. Can’t recommend this place enough, would definitely go again.

Home from home-great place to stay

We had a great holiday -the house is lovely and feels like 'home from home ' it has all you need and more to have an enjoyable holiday. It is well equipped with very comfortable beds. Outside there is a lovely heated pool and plenty of place to relax in plus there is a BBQ and eating area too. The village is quiet and very well placed to explore the local area. We would highly recommend

Super Séjour en Charente Maritime - Repos - Visites - Soleil - Mer

Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Plews for their vacation home. The pool was very popular with the whole family. The house is very large and lovely decorated. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed the breakfasts in the morning and dinners at night outside. Thanks also to M and Mrs Keys for their welcome, their advice and their availability. Our vacation was great. The main centers of interest are 1 hour driving from the rental (La Rochelle, Ile d'Oleron, Royan, La Palmyre, Marais Poitevin, Angouleme, Rochefort). We strongly recommend this rental for a nice holiday in this region. Many thanks.

Super maison, super environnement, super accueil, nous avons été vraiment enchantés par cette merveilleuse propriété et la confiance du propriétaire qui met à disposition de nombreux équipements, merci beaucoup à Chris . (les seuls bémols étaient le frigo/cong, un peu sous-dimensionné pour 8 personnes en été et la voisine un peu grognon :-)))
