「This is not a service hotel. I knew when I booked this hotel that it's best days were behind it. I enjoy hotels with character and history so that was to be expected. What i didn't expect was the dismal service. Our first night in the bar, 3 staff couldn't figure out how to make a vodka martini. What came after a lot of discussion was vodka over ice...ok,close enough I guess. Over the next 2 days we couldn't get towels, clean drinking glasses, fresh ice,we had other people seated at our...

「Beautiful room and very quiet - soundproofing was excellent being in a busy area. Loved having in suite laundry though combo washer/dryer does take awhile to dry. Parking was really neat! Only minor complaint is too many messages on Expedia. Had constant notifications, including one follow up on a message that didn't seem to require a response. Payment links for parking and tax was nice and easy.」

「The host was wonderful, answering every question and replying promptly. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with basic household items. It was very modern, and everything worked efficiently. The swimming pool is why I booked the room, and that did not disappoint. The pool was large, clean, and never crowded. A 15-minute walk into town, where all the pubs and restaurants are, so it was a great location. Now for the downside. The apartment directly faces what looks...
