The property is unique and well located - it’s beside a noisy casino and karaoke - ( noisy until 11pm) Otherwise room clean beautifully decorated we were in a suite at front of yacht so it had wonderful views.

Stayed here a few times and loved ever visit. If you're going here for the first time, don't bother getting a taxi (unless you have mobility issues), it's a 10 minute walk from the terminal building. When you arrive you receive the warmest of welcomes. All the staff were very attentive, the rooms are a great size, we were upgraded FOC (thank you Sunborn) to one of the Rock Suits and in my opinion, they do the best breakfast in Gib.

We loved the novelty of staying in the yacht and the room was a very generous size. Great shower and good bed. The balcony seating was lovely, we overlooked the restaurant and bar area which was quite noisy in the evenings. The pool area was small and people tended to put a towel down, then left and didn’t remove their towels. Consequently we couldn’t get a sunbed despite there hardly being anyone there when we arrived. They should have a policy of removing towels if people go for lunch etc. but we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Excellent hotel, service was wonderful. Transportation around the rock was available within a short walk. Variety of restaurants close by, as well as great food on board. The accommodation was of a very high standard.

Sunborn - FANTASTIC!

Love the Sunborn, always have a nice stay here. Great location in Ocean Village. Places to eat onboard, plus lots of places nearby.
